Circuit and High Intensity Interval Training

The class usually starts with six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for a prescribed amount of time. This is coupled with a HIIT round to push you to your limits.

Games and Team Work

Have fun working together. Use a little bit of competition to motivate you in this section. Support your team and cheer each other on. A great way to interact with other members and build a sense of community.
