Want to change things up in the gym? The Sandbell is a small piece of equipment that can give you an intense cardio workout. This workout is more hardcore then the previous ones, so take your time and know it will get easier the more persistent you are.

This workout incorporates some basic kettlebell exercises with body weight exercises. Make sure you challenge yourself and squat, swing and row as heavy as you can, while keeping flawless posture and technique. Technique is important while doing functional movements with the kettlebells

Every body wants wash board abs for the summer. Virtual Workout 5 is a quick fire round of abs exercises to make your 6 pack pop. You can start with out weights and incorporate them later to make it more of a challenge. Paired with the correct diet you should do this 2 - 3 times a week to see a tighter, firmer stomach.

Virtual Workout 1 is a body weight workout that takes approximately 30 minutes to complete (excluding the warm up and cool down). This workout can be done anywhere with minimal space and no equipment, so you have no excuse not to exercise when you can get to the gym.

Virtual PT is an online workout that you can pair with the app SECONDS PRO.

The exercises are demonstrated in each video, and the timer can be sent via email to your phone so all you need to do is follow the instructions given. 

Each month I will upload a new session using various gym equipment and training techniques to keep you from getting bored of your routine.

There will be something for everyone what ever the goals.

Against the ropes has to be my favourite workout yet, not only is a great cardio workout for burning fat, but if you have had a bad day is the best stress reliever going to town on a punch bag. Switching between 4 minute rounds on the punch bag and 4 minute HIIT rounds utilising the battle ropes this one really gets your heart racing.

Time to step things up and notch. Virtual Workout 4 is a body weight circuit (adding a plate is optional to make it harder). It meant to be slightly harder then the first body weight circuit, so if you need something easier revert back to workout 1.

If you want to use a full arsenal of freestyle equipment to make your sessions as dynamic as possible, Workout 6 is the one for you. Mixing exercises using Power Bags, Kettlebell, Barbells, Dumbbells and Med Balls, it will take a long time until you get bored or your body gets used to this one.
